By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and store the following information:

We are not responsible for viruses, and you must not introduce them. We do not guarantee that the Application will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, mobile phone programs, and platform to access the Application. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the Application by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, the server on which the Application is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Application. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.
Customer agrees to use software produced by third parties, including, but not limited to, "browser" software that supports a data security protocol compatible with the protocol used by SIAL FARM. Unless otherwise notified by SIAL FARM, Customer agrees to use software that supports the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol or other protocols accepted by Customer and to follow logon procedures for services that support such protocols. Customer acknowledges that SIAL FARM is not responsible for notifying Customer of any upgrades, fixes, or enhancements to any such software or for any compromise of data transmitted across computer networks not owned or operated by SIAL FARM or telecommunications facilities, including, but not limited to, the Internet.
At Sial Farm, we don't tolerate inappropriate activities or behavior such as spam, harassment, scams, and misinformation. We have professional community policies which outline activities that are acceptable on the platform, and what is unacceptable and may be stopped.
These Terms, their subject matter, formation, and termination, are governed by the laws applicable in Türkiye. We may take action against you for breach of these Terms in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You, as a “seller”, are obligated to set the true price at which you want to sell the goods without distortion or forgery. The price you set includes costs and liabilities according to the 11 modes of incoterms which issued by the International Trade Administration.
You, as a “seller,” are obligated to adjust the price on the Application in the event of an increase, reduction, or any change in the price of the goods. We are committed to purchasing the goods from you at the price that you set in your store on the Application. We are not responsible for your loss if you do not adjust the price in your store or in case of not informing us.
You, as a “buyer,” agree that some fees may be charged if you accept the price of goods on Application and inform us of your confirmation on purchasing the goods – By Email or Phone Call or Whatsapp Call or Message- then you cancel the purchase for any kind of reasons.

In the event of refusal or dispute, the matter will be referred to the Judicial Court of the Republic of Turkey.
You, as a “seller,” when you want to cancel your offer on My Store, for any kind of reasons (Such as selling your goods out of Application), you are obligated to delete your offer from My Store or to inform us about your cancellation. When your products are published on The Application, your products are considered as to sell on their shown price.
Products or services purchased on Sial Farm are non-refundable even if they are unused or account is cancelled upon the account owner’s request, provided that there are clear and direct reasons. Feel free to ask questions about our products or services before you buy.
When having the account on this Application, you agree to receive automated system emails, marketing campaigns, and other notifications from us, unless you unsubscribe from the specific emailing list or delete your account. You also give consent that we can contact you for support and other questions related to the usage of the site or business activities with us.
